Reliable assistance
1 on 1 Support
At Helping Hearts Disability Support, our 1:1 support services are designed to provide personalised, compassionate and reliable assistance tailored to each participant’s individual needs, goals and daily routine. We support NDIS participants to build independence, confidence and meaningful community connections while ensuring they feel safe, respected and valued. Our experienced support workers can assist with daily living tasks, personal care, community access, appointments, social activities, skill-building and emotional wellbeing.
Whether support is needed at home, in the community, or while attending activities, we work closely with participants and their families to provide care that is flexible, respectful and person-centred.
Our 1:1 support may include:

Connection and Inclusion
Community Access
At Helping Hearts Disability Support, our Community Access services support NDIS participants to feel confident, connected and included in their local community. We provide personalised support to help participants attend appointments, participate in social and recreational activities, go shopping, visit parks, attend events, join community groups, or enjoy outings of their choice.
Our goal is to encourage independence, build confidence and create meaningful opportunities for social connection. Our friendly support workers work closely with each participant to understand their interests, goals and comfort level, ensuring every outing is safe, enjoyable and empowering.
Our Community Access support may include:

Comfort & Care
In Home Care
At Helping Hearts Disability Support, our In-Home Care services are designed to help NDIS participants feel safe, comfortable and supported in their own home. We provide personalised assistance with everyday tasks, routines and personal needs, while encouraging independence, dignity and choice.
Our caring support workers work closely with each participant and their family to understand their preferences, goals and the level of support they require. Whether support is needed for personal care, meal preparation, household tasks or daily routines, we aim to create a calm, respectful and empowering environment where participants can feel confident and cared for.
Our In-Home Care support may include:
